Purpose

HowdyNeighbor provides neighborhood-focused homeowner lead lists to licensed insurance agents and agencies. This AUP sets boundaries to ensure legal, ethical, and respectful use.

Allowed Use

• Prospecting for new insurance customers consistent with law and carrier policies.
• Storage in CRMs/dialers with access controls.
• Respectful contact frequency and honoring opt-outs.

Prohibited Use

• Harassment, discrimination, or doxxing.
• FCRA-covered uses without permissible purpose.
• Resale/redistribution outside your org without permission.
• TCPA/DNC violations for calls or texts.

Compliance

Comply with telemarketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws and remove data on request.

Enforcement
