Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal sales efforts, subject to the AUP.

Invoices due upon receipt unless otherwise stated; late payments may incur a service charge.

No guarantee of response or conversion rates. Sample data may be provided for validation.

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable order.

Arizona law governs unless otherwise required.
